Steven Watton – Director
Steven brings over ten years executive search and recruitment experience from across the private and public sectors. His executive recruitment career commenced in London, at Badenoch & Clark, one of the most successful firms in the UK. He then joined Hudson, a leading global executive recruitment firm, when he moved to Melbourne in 2005. Steven has held principal consultant and team leader roles at SHK and established Tailor Executive in 2012.
Steven has developed a strong reputation in the Melbourne business community due to his industry knowledge, high-level of service delivery and extensive networks across all sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Management (Human Resources) from The Queen’s University of Belfast.
